Working principle of peanut oil press machine

During operation, peanuts are fed into the pressing chamber from the hopper. Under the rotation of the spiral shaft, the peanut embryos are continuously squeezed inward for pressing. The oil press uses the technical principle of multi-stage progressive pressure increase, which can quickly increase the pressure in the pressing chamber, prompting the peanut embryos to complete fission and separation in one go. Subsequently, with the help of an infrared temperature control system, the temperature and moisture content during the pressing process are automatically regulated to fully soften the oil and activate the oil molecules. In this process, the pressing process is stable and efficient, and sufficient oil can be produced in one pressing, significantly improving the oil yield.
