The horizontal rotary extractor is a continuous, closed oil pressing equipment, which consists of a rotating material grid (extraction grid) and a fixed shell. It uses solvent (such as n-hexane) to countercurrently extract oil from oil under dynamic conditions.
Horizontal rotary extractor (output 100-2000 tons/day) is the most commonly used edible oil solvent extractor. Its main features are thick material layer, high mixed oil concentration, simple structure, and easy operation and maintenance.
1. The fixed grid is made of stainless steel and a transverse grid is added to effectively prevent the concentrated oil from flowing back to the drip grid, ensuring a good leaching effect.
2. The rack transmission method combined with the special rotor balance design enables the equipment to run at low speed and low power, with smooth and noiseless operation and low subsequent maintenance costs.
3. The feeding system has an automatic adjustment function, which can adjust the speed of the blower and the main engine in real time according to the feeding amount, ensuring that the required material level is always maintained in the storage box, forming a micro-negative pressure environment inside the extractor, thereby reducing solvent leakage.
4. Based on the advanced mixed oil circulation principle, this design is conducive to reducing the amount of solvent input, reducing the amount of residual oil in the meal, increasing the concentration of mixed oil, and achieving energy saving by reducing the evaporation process.
5. The extractor adopts a high-rise grid design, which is conducive to the leaching process, can reduce the content of dregs in the mixed oil, is beneficial to improving the quality of crude oil, and reduces scaling of the evaporation system.
6. It can be used to extract a variety of materials, including soybean puffed materials and pre-pressed cake materials with normal permeability.
